Hello! My name is SeAnn. I have an extensive education background in both hair and permanent makeup. I have studied hair on the East coast at Bumble & Bumble academy and on the West coast at Goldwell KMS academy. I trained with the NAHA winners Teal salon, and 2018 Best salon winner Denise Mahoney at Colour Authority. I also had educational training with BABE extensions, Wella color, Redken color, and Sunlights Balayage. I started my permanent makeup journey in 2017 with Betty Vang At Spades beauty. I’ve since made several trips to Dallas to train with one of the worlds best permanent makeup artists Kristina Melnicenco. In 2021, I ventured to Las Vegas to take classes with Master artists;Tess Marti, Lexi Bowler, Kim Zen, and Lili Ma. Then off to Houston to train with one of the most sought after 3D Areola artists in the US- Sherah Juarez. I am a certified paramedical tattoo artist and have advanced certifications in brows, eyeliner, lips, 3D Areola, 3D bellybutton, & scar revision tattoos. I provide services in both Portland and Phoenix.

Cancellation Policy

-Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service total. -No shows will be charged 100% of the service total & a deposit will be required to book in the future. -If you are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, we may have to reschedule or adjust the service based on the allotted time. -Deposits for PERMANENT MAKE are NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancelling your appointment for any reason will result in losing your deposit amount. Please be sure you are serious before booking.
